Salary Range: $45 - $56/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Reporting Lead to join our team. This role involves designing business solutions using data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data mining, exploratory analysis, and BI solution development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong structured thinking to design business solutions using data
Experience working with cross-functional teams on business process solutions
Hands-on expertise in data mining and exploratory analysis (Inventory Management, Shrinkage, Refurb/Manufacturing processes)
Proven ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
4–8 years of experience in BI, reporting, and analytics solution development
Experience in Supply Chain functions (Planning, Order Management, Forecasting, Logistics, Retail, etc.) preferred
Strong expertise in Tableau, SAP BOBJ (or similar), SQL, Teradata, Snowflake
Ability to handle ambiguous requirements and deliver actionable insights
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with digital BI data visualization tools, especially Tableau
Experience in supply chain analytics
Familiarity with data analytics & insights tools like ignio AIOps

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports
Provide analytical insights for business and executive decision-making
Translate business needs into technical and analytical solutions
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams
