Supply Chain Risk ConsultantHybrid (Onsite every 3rd day)
Description: Diversified Systems is searching for a Supply Chain Risk Consultant to conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for software procurement requests and renewals. The consultant will be responsible for documenting assessment results, managing workflow activities across enterprise platforms, and supporting process improvement initiatives related to software acquisition and third-party risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for software procurement requests and renewals.
- Enter and manage risk assessment data within OneTrust and ServiceNow.
- Provide comments, supporting documentation, and assessment results for Ohio Buys requisitions as required.
- Collaborate with business units, procurement teams, and IT organizations to clarify requirements and process steps.
- Support process mapping and process improvement initiatives to reduce workflow duplication and increase efficiency.
- Track and report metrics related to workload, turnaround times, and resource requirements.
- Adapt to evolving processes and support rapid iteration of risk assessment workflows.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience with cybersecurity risk assessments and third-party risk management tools such as OneTrust required.
- 3 years of experience with IT procurement workflows and platforms including ServiceNow and Ohio Buys required.
- 3 years of strong documentation and communication experience required.
- 3 years of experience working collaboratively across departments and managing multiple simultaneous requests required.
- Ability to adapt quickly as business processes and workflows evolve required.
