Supply Chain Specialist
Location Fort Worth, Texas | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $55,000–$65,000 annual salary
• Full-time
• W2 employment
• Start date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
The Supply Chain Specialist drives operational excellence across national account portfolios by ensuring accurate inventory management, product availability, and data-driven performance insights. Success in this role means minimizing out-of-stocks, optimizing order guides, supporting new product launches, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and account performance.
• Support assigned Account Manager(s) with daily operational execution for national account portfolios
• Manage the full inventory lifecycle, including procurement, forecasting support, monitoring, dead/excess inventory mitigation, and Limited Time Offer (LTO) product tracking
• Lead new item introductions from system setup through customer implementation
• Monitor and report daily out-of-stock activity with proactive resolution and root cause analysis
• Investigate and resolve quality assurance, transportation, logistics, and operational issues in partnership with internal teams
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2–3 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a B2B environment
• Proven experience in purchasing and customer service or sales support functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• 100% onsite role in Fort Worth, TX
• Standard office environment with routine computer-based work
• Collaboration across Purchasing, Logistics, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, and Category Management teams
• Must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex area
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generating performance reports
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
