Position Summary:
The Supply Chain FSQ Specialist supports the execution of food safety and quality (FSQ) programs across Bonduelle Americas’ endâtoâend supply chain, including agricultural sourcing, coâmanufacturing partners, and external suppliers. This role provides critical operational, documentation, and data support to the Supply Chain FSQ team, enabling effective supplier, co-manufacturer and grower selection and onboarding, compliance monitoring, risk management, and performance reporting.
The position requires a working understanding of supplyâchain FSQ systems, regulatory documentation, and data integrity, as well as the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to support consistent FSQ execution across the supply network.
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain FSQ Enablement & Administration
- Support food safety and quality programs across agricultural, supplier, and coâmanufacturing partners.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and upâtoâdate FSQ documentation, including certifications, specifications, food safety plans, quality agreements, and related records.
- Provide documentation and administrative support to Ag QA, Supplier and CoâManufacturing FSQ teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Support supplier and grower evaluation, selection and onboarding, qualification, and lifecycle management activities in alignment with company standards.
- Manage FSQ documentation and records within Supplyline and other quality management systems.
Compliance, Monitoring & Risk Support
- Support riskâbased supplier, grower, and coâmanufacturer assessments by compiling audit results, testing data, and compliance documentation.
- Track corrective actions, followâups, and documentation completeness related to audits, assessments, and compliance activities.
- Assist with mock recalls, traceability exercises, and documentation readiness across the supply chain.
- Support response activities related to food safety incidents, investigations, and regulatory or customer inquiries.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Support development and maintenance of dashboards and reports related to food safety, quality, supplier performance, and supplyâchain risk.
- Perform data validation, basic trend analysis, and issue tracking to support decisionâmaking and escalation.
- Translate data and findings into clear summaries for FSQ leadership and crossâfunctional stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on documentation accuracy, data integrity, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate information flow and documentation between internal teams and external partners.
- Support crossâfunctional projects related to supplier improvements, FSQ systems, and process standardization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting food safety and quality programs within agricultural, supplier, manufacturing, or supplyâchain environments.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, including FSMA, HACCP, GFSI, LGMA, GAP, and other industry standards.
- Experience managing FSQ documentation, compliance records, or quality management systems.
- Experience conducting 3 party audits and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess 3 party data and performance metrics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Tableau, Power BI, and quality management systems (Datahex preferred).
