Supply Chain Support SpecialistSetting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8-5Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in West Chester, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team. Our client is seeking a temporary team member to help manage increased workload and provide relief to the current supply chain team.
- Provide day-to-day support across supply chain operations, including coordinating orders and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with customer service activities by addressing inquiries and supporting a positive, seamless client experience
- Help manage increased workload by handling overflow tasks and keeping processes organized and on track
- Work closely with team members to maintain efficient workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Foundational knowledge of supply chain processes, including order management, logistics, and coordination
- Strong customer service mindset with clear and effective communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to quickly adapt, take initiative, and support a fast-paced team environment
