Job Description
Title: Supply Logistics Associate SpecialistLocation:Zebulon, NC 27597Duration: 09/16/2026 to 09/03/2027Fully onsite role in ZebulonJob Description: Job Family- Warehousing:
- Administration and operation of warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
- Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
- Performs supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to inventory control, transportation, materials management, and distribution.
- Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers.
- Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
- Match incumbents responsible for procurement or purchasing to the Procurement job family.
- High School Diploma
- Experience in purchasing and supply or certificate in storekeeping management / business administration
- Expereince working with the following operating systems: MFG /PRO, JD Edwards
- 3+ Years experience in similar job level with proven track record in achieving results
- Proficiency with computers
- Understanding of CLIENT processes and Systems
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and adequate knowledge of Planning and Inventory Control
- Process thinker to enhance cross functional interaction with other departments
- Ability to supervise others
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in team building and customer care
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
