Purpose of the Role
The Supply Management Trainee Program develops exceptional engineering talent into future supply and operations leaders. You'll gain exposure across manufacturing operations, maintenance, engineering reliability, continuous improvement, planning, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Technical Leadership
- Support day-to-day brewery operations to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective production
- Analyse losses, downtime, and inefficiencies; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support CAPEX projects, engineering upgrades, and process improvements
Supply & Manufacturing Excellence
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production planning and scheduling
- Identify and deliver productivity and cost-saving initiatives
People Leadership
- Lead small teams, shifts, or projects
- Demonstrate ownership and sound decision-making
- Collaborate across Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Procurement
Structured Development
- Rotate across key supply and engineering areas
- Complete learning modules aligned to leadership paths
- Deliver business improvement projects with measurable impact

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
- Professional registration advantageous
- Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country
Experience
- 3-5 years in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or heavy engineering
- Exposure to plant operations, maintenance, CI, reliability, or engineering projects
- Leadership exposure advantageous
