JOB TITLE: Support Engineering Data Specialist 2 LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OKPAY RATE: $45.75/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Security Clearance: Not currently required; however, candidates must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance if needed in the future.
Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?
Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?
Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Develop and implement DMSMS programs to address material shortages and obsolescence
Collect and analyze engineering and supply chain data
Identify and assess DMSMS risks impacting aircraft readiness
Evaluate operational impact of risks and develop mitigation strategies
Provide recommendations and develop roadmaps for resolution aligned with program goals
Requirements:
Security clearance is not currently required; however, candidates must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance if needed in the future.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with project management and problem-solving methodologies
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DMSMS or obsolescence management in aerospace or defense
Familiarity with military aircraft systems and modification processes
Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
Knowledge of aerospace regulatory and compliance standards
