Our manufacturing client in Vandergrift, PA is seeking a Surface Grinder Operator

-Operate a Parker Majestic surface grinder to grind steel and carbide materials-Set up and use both sand wheels and diamond wheels as required-Interpret and work from blueprints to produce components to specification-Maintain tight tolerances as indicated on engineering drawings-Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints (or willingness to learn)-Experience working with precision measuring tools, including: Dial indicators, Gage blocks, Micrometers, Comparators
