Custom Staffing is now hiring Entry-Level and Experienced Underground Coal Miners for Alliance Coal Mine operations in Waverly, Kentucky.

Starting Pay Rates
Entry-Level Underground Miner: $22.00/hour
Roof Bolter: $27.00/hour
Potential Earnings After Hire-On: $35.00+/hour

Job Duties
- Work safely in an underground coal mining environment
- Operate mining equipment and machinery
- Perform general labor and mining support tasks
- Follow all MSHA safety regulations and company policies
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Assist with production and maintenance activities underground
Qualifications
- No mining experience required for entry-level positions
- Experienced miners and roof bolters encouraged to apply
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Stable work history preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in an underground environment
- Must pass all pre-employment requirements
