We are a national franchise and are in the process of growing our local team. We are looking for a person to fill our field technician role - nearly anyone can make great Surface Experts repair technician!

Our services are unique, so part of your role is to educate and build trust with our customers. You don't need an extensive background, if you are curious, teachable and eager, we can coach you to be successful in the business. We are looking for someone who fits our culture of serving others, being a problem solver and trusting the process.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with your hands, whether that's in construction, cosmetology, manufacturing, art, or even a hobby
• Understanding color and how to match color, texture, finish is a large part of what we do
• Ready to work with pace
• We will train and coach the technical skills necessary for restorations

Cabinet Maker

We are looking for someone who has experience in cabinetry or carpentry. We work with all sorts of cabinet materials: plywood, particle board, melamine, thermo-foil and solid wood. Our work is very detail oriented so anyone with fine wood working or a carpentry background is very useful.

• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
