End Date: 11/18/2026 (with potential extension)
Schedule: 24-Hour Beeper Call (Inpatient)
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM (next day)
Hours/Week: Set shifts, no guaranteed hours
Employment Type: Temporary/Locum
License/Certifications: Active AK License, DEA, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, BC in General Surgery
Experience: Prior general surgery call coverage preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What Youll Do:

Provide inpatient general surgery call coverage during assigned dates
Be available for 24-hour on-call responsibilities
Respond promptly to call-backs and emergent situations
Maintain high standards of patient care in a hospital setting
Collaborate with facility staff and adhere to hospital protocols

What You Need:

Valid and active Alaska medical license (clean file)
Active AK DEA registration
Board Certified or Eligible in General Surgery
BLS, ACLS, ATLS certifications
Prior experience in hospital-based general surgery call coverage preferred
