- Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: N/a RTO Restrictions: Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment of 5 days or less. No holiday RTO for Auto Offer. Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks
