Start times: 0630, 0900, 1100, 1445Types of Cases REQ: 40-50 cases / day in busy OR with case mixes heavy in spine, orthopedics, vascular, general surgery and robotics.Types of Cases Preferred: Ortho & General surgery

100 mile radiusPending State License accepted: Yes.RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.Special Requirements:MN Fingerprints required as a compliance item before starting onsiteWork Setting Experience Required: Inpatient, Trauma, Teaching Hospital, and Community HospitalGeneral Skills Experience Required: Crash Cart, Scrub, and Aseptic Technique. Epic Experience preferred. Preferred experience with XI robotics

Level 3 trauma.Total Staffed Beds: 317Scrub Color: Provided.Charting: Epic (Excellian)Parking Cost: Parking: First day park in the Blue Ramp, Parking ticket will be validated for free for first day ONLY. After First Day: Night shift: parking is free in our ramp. Day/Evening Shift: Lot E (approximately 1.5 blocks from the hospital):per 2 weeks for day/evening shift flat lot, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract. Blue Ramp (across from hospital):per 2 weeks for day/evening shift, cash or check, no CC. Payment is required in full at start of contract.
