What You’ll Do
  • Assist physicians during surgical procedures with equipment and supply management
  • Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and surgical environments
  • Safely disinfect and handle endoscopes in accordance with quality standards
  • Support the operative team with patient positioning and comfort measures
  • Ensure cleanliness, disinfection, and proper operation of surgical tools and equipment
  • Collaborate with nursing and surgical staff to optimize workflow and patient safety
  • Adhere to all safety, compliance, and infection control protocols
What You NeedRequired:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Surgical Technology (online certification not accepted)
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a surgical or medical setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and adaptability
Preferred:
  • Previous experience with endoscope disinfection and sterilization
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
