Job Description

Impact Recruitment is looking for a talented, motivated, and driven Survey Manager/ Principal of Surveying interested in joining an Engineering and Surveying firm in Boise, Idaho. Our client has provided civil engineering design and topographic surveying services from Boise for projects throughout the Pacific Northwest since 1995. As a company, the firm has established a reputation for skillful, innovative, and cost?effective service.Responsibilities of this role:

Client Communication (internal and external).
Direct and supervise survey crew staff and drafting technicians.
Manage and lead team working on project scope.
Supervise, coach, counsel, and mentor team members.
Project Proposal Preparation & Invoicing.
Ensure the accuracy of surveys.
Create project estimates and job proposals.

Who we are looking for:

10+ years of experience.
Must be registered as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Idaho.
Experience on private &/or public market sectors.
Experience performing ALTA/ACSM, Boundary, topographic, and Construction Survey's.
Must have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Must have experience with GPS.
Must understand mapping concepts.

Compensation And Benefits

Ownership Potential.
Base pay up to $120,000, with flexibility dependent on ability to win/bring in business.
