Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief to join our Land Surveying team. This individual will play a key role in leading field crews, delivering accurate survey data, and supporting our office and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead 2-4 person field crews on boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction staking surveys
- Operate robotic total stations, GNSS receivers, and data collectors
- Plan daily field work and coordinate with project managers
- Perform right-of-way and property reconnaissance
- Review field data for accuracy and completeness
- Train and mentor survey technicians and crew members
- Maintain survey equipment and vehicles
- Enforce safety procedures on every job site
Qualifications
- Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) preferred, or the ability to obtain
- 3-5+ years of land surveying experience, including field leadership
- Strong knowledge of survey field procedures and methods
- Experience with Trimble and/or Leica equipment
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and leadership skills
