Job Description
Our Client is an Engineering Design Services Provider that has 30 years of experience providing structural and civil engineering services, along with Geomatics and Survey services to clients across the Southeast. They are searching for a Survey Project Manager to assist with the management of Wilmington area survey projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading teams and interacting with clients on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities -
Manage survey projects from start to finish, making sure they stay on schedule, within budget, and profitable.
Keep clients in the loop throughout the project, building solid relationships and clear expectations.
Handle a wide range of survey types, including boundary, ALTA, topographic, existing conditions, right-of-way, transmission line, transportation, and construction surveys.
Work independently and with teams to guide project timelines, goals, and the work of field crews and office staff.
Oversee the preparation of all deliverables-maps, plats, legal descriptions-and ensure quality at every stage, from field work to final review.
Job Requirements -
5+ years of experience with Survey, 3+ years of experience in a project management role preferred.
Comfortable communicating with Clients and managing internal teams.
Experience with AutoCAD.
PLS required
