Queen B Sushi From the team behind Caduceus Cellars, Merkin Vineyards, and Queen B Vinyl Café. Coming to Cottonwood in Fall 2026. Position: We are seeking an experience Japanese/Sushi chef to join our team!Experience: Five years or more experience as Head Chef in upscale Japanese cuisine.Compensation: Competitive salary depending on experience.Skills Required:

Proficient in cooking sushi rice.
Excellent knife skills.
Ability to source and break down whole fish.
Able to work in a social situation in front of guests.
Working knowledge of ramen dishes.
Create exciting menu items.
Control labor and food costs.
Work well with and lead a small team.
