General Placement Serviceis recruiting on behalf of an A+ Rated national insurance carrier. We seek to hire an SVP – E&S Construction to directly manage the construction segment within the company while reporting to the President. The successful candidate can be in Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL.

The products provided are Construction Casualty focused

In this role, you will:

- Lead & oversee underwriting strategy

- Maintain high-performance sales- Enhance broker relationships

- Cultivate a high-production based work culture

- Book of business management

To be qualified, you must have:- 15+ years of Commercial Lines Underwriting experience- Management experience

- Experience in Excess & Surplus Construction Lines

- Experience & relationships with wholesale brokers

- Bachelor’s degree and industry designations are preferred
