Your mission1
As SVP, Talent Acquisition at UiPath, you will define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy, serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership. You will build and scale a world-class recruiting function that attracts top-tier talent to fuel UiPath's growth and innovation.
What you'll do at UiPath
Own and drive the global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team across multiple regions
Partner with C-suite executives and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions
Oversee executive recruiting efforts for senior and leadership-level positions
Champion employer branding initiatives to position UiPath as an employer of choice
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies within the recruiting process
Optimize TA operations, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Establish and monitor recruiting metrics and KPIs to ensure data-driven decision-making
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors
What you'll bring to the team
8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including senior leadership roles (VP/SVP level)
Proven track record in high-growth technology or SaaS environments
Experience partnering with C-suite executives on talent strategy
Demonstrated success leading and scaling distributed, global TA teams
Deep expertise in recruiting best practices, employment branding, and talent market trends
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging recruiting data and metrics
Nice to have
Experience in enterprise software or automation industry
Background in both in-house and agency recruiting
Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse)
Experience with global mobility and international hiring
