Title: Seasonal Worker IV - Office Assistant
Location: Blue Springs, MO - Kemper Outdoor Education Center
Grade: 099NM
Salary: $17.00/hour
Job Duties:
Maintain the front office at Kemper Outdoor Education Center, answering phone calls, answering email questions and providing information to the public.
Assist with the planning and execution of Jacomo Summer Camp and Dogtober Fest.
Coordinates the collection, compilation, and dissemination of camp activity data.
Responsible for camp registration and sales.
Provides general administrative support functions.
May supervise and assist volunteers as assigned.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Office Worker during Jacomo Summer Camp (June-August) with a preference for a start date in March and extension into the Fall for Dogtober Fest.
Experience in Rectrac is desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Work, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with a service-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals.
Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug screen/background check.
