Job Description

What you will be doing:

Our swim instructors provide group and private swim lessons for all ages and abilities at the Aquatic Center. They keep the pool deck and equipment storage areas clean and hazard free. They also answer parent questions and provides information to participants about lesson requirements and programs.

Ideal Candidate::

Must be able to swim.
Must have basic knowledge of the four swimming strokes.
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Good organizational skills a plus.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Work is primarily done in an outdoor pool setting. Primarily scheduled Monday through Thursday, 9:15 am to 12:00 pm; Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30 pm to 8:15 pm; and Saturdays, 8:30 am to 10:00 am. Expected to work approximately 8-15 hours per week; varying work schedule.

SALARY: $15.00/hour
