Syndicate Staff Accountant

Our accounting team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and scalable processes across the organization.• Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, soon-to-graduate students, or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. You will support day-to-day accounting operations while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:•Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts•Prepare and post journal entries•Support accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes, including invoice processing and collections•Perform bank and credit card reconciliations•Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and adjustments•Help prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements•Ensure compliance with company policies and basic GAAP principles•Collaborate with the team on audits, budgeting, and ad-hoc financial analysis•Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
