The AEA UX Design team is focused on solving user experience challenges for technologies used within the IC. The AEA UX team partners with developers, managers, and system engineers to keep intelligence products modern and cutting edge. The team researches and documents user workflows, designs front end systems, creates mockups, engages with users, interacts with multiple development teams using tools like Axure, PenPot, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
No demonstrated experience is required. Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or related field) or 5 years without the degree

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities used to turn complex ideas into easily understood visuals
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional product development teams
Experience with UX across multiple applications
Ability to design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
Experience with UI prototyping, visual communication, and interactive design

Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

Design focused professional with experience as an Analyst, End User, or mission SME is highly desired
