System Integration Business Analyst - Software Compliance

This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located at the Huntsville, AL facility.

This position will provide Software Asset Management with responsibility for successfully maintaining day to day operational support as it relates to Software Asset Management and Problem ticket coordination.

The Position will integrate with user community, Desktop, Server, IT Procurement teams to successfully plan, support, coordinate, and track software assets throughout the software asset's lifecycle from procurement to deployment, to maintenance, and disposition. Familiar working in a virtual environment.

Daily activities include data analysis, and reporting; customer service, producing monthly metrics, ticket routing and maintenance of software asset information in asset management databases.

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of asset management principles
• Knowledge of Information Technology support and functions
• Experienced with the use of Microsoft Suite of products to develop reports and charts
• Experience using a helpdesk ticketing system (Remedy, Service Now, etc.)

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of software reconciliation, licensing, maintenance and conditions between procured rights and compliance.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of maintaining accurate software inventory levels. Report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment.
• Ability to create, author and follow processes.
• Experience assisting in the development and maintenance of effective software asset management processes and procedures.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Experience with Filemaker Pro and Procure-to-pay system (P2P) system,
• Experience in a call center environment

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $73,400 - $127,075. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
