D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Systems Support Specialist I for their Corporate IT Department. The right candidate will act as the key contact for user application provisioning and de-provisioning specific to selected FS applications. The Level 1 Specialist also provides user guidance and first level support by assisting in problem resolution or escalating when necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Administer maintenance of third party vendor accounts for internal employees
- Conducts reviews of third party vendor account access
- Responds to user requests for information and assists in problem resolution
- Organizes and responds to requests received via email, direct phone calls or voice mails
- Records and documents problems and associated resolutions in Cherwell tracking system
- Escalates issues, as appropriate, to Level II or Level III Systems Support Specialists
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Not essential, however any mortgage related certificate, computer or IT certificate beneficial.
Other Qualifications
Must have the ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise. Must have a zeal for customer service excellence. Must also be knowledgeable of PC applications such as MS Office.
