Now Hiring: System Support Technician — Alexandria, LA

$55K–$65K/year | Full-time | Direct Hire

If you love solving problems, staying calm under pressure, and helping customers feel taken care of, this role is your sweet spot. We’re a fast-moving healthcare technology company looking for tech-savvy troubleshooters who enjoy a little adventure — including about 25% travel.

What You’ll Do

  • Tackle high-priority support cases

  • Document everything clearly

  • Diagnose issues and order parts

  • Handle escalations with confidence

  • Travel for installs, training, and onsite support

  • Answer incoming support calls

  • Follow established processes

  • Keep up with new tools and product updates
