This position works 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with regular evening and weekend support. The pay for this position is $30.61, DOE.Job DescriptionResponsible for the managing, testing, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, Active Directory/Entra ID architectures, and virtualization.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to the core system, deposit services, payment systems, and peripheral setups.Support the integration of digital systems with core systems, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, identity/access management, and system compatibility.Oversee the maintenance of hardware and software for the company's disaster recovery efforts, both on-site and off-site/cloud environments.Install and upgrade server components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes. Monitor network and directory performance, implementing upgrades and control changes when necessary.Actively engage in needs-based selling

QualificationsFive to ten years of similar or related experience in server administration, directory services (Active Directory / Entra ID), core processing systems, or digital operationsA college degree or relative certifications.A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required

Fostering sound relationships with other entities

Previous data processing experience including networks, PC's, data communications, mainframe and PC programming and data organization

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred ExperienceDeep technical knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including GPOs, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.Experience with core data processing networks, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), PC hardware, and data communications.Technical planning, project management, vendor coordination, and systems integration experience.BenefitsFull-time employee benefits include paid holidays; employer sponsored 401(k) retirement plan including 2% company match and 9% profit sharing; health, vision, and dental insurance with 95% employer paid premium and 65% employer paid premium for families; employer paid life insurance; plus the opportunity to work in an excellent team-oriented environment.
