--- Project Description ---Candidate will work on existing and new initiatives including but notlimited to Assessment Management System, TelecommunicationCompany Information, Pipeline Audit System (Client), Document andMatter Management (DMM), and 753 Enforcement support,enhancements, and developments efforts.

--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---

1. " Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Translate business needs intoclear technical requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
2. " System Solutioning & Design: Use gathered requirements to proposeand design modern, maintainable, secure, and scalable solutions thatmeet or reimagines the business need.
3. " System Understanding: Work closely with architects, developers, andtesters to ensure solutions are feasible and align with existing systems.
4. " Data & Process Analysis: Use SQL, Excel, or BI tools to analyze data,validate assumptions, and identify opportunities for automation oroptimization.
5. " Documentation & Communication: Create BRDs, FRDs, processflows, and act as the point of contact between stakeholders andtechnical teams.
6. " Testing & Validation: Support SIT/UAT, write test cases, and ensurethe delivered solution meets business goals.

--- Required Qualifications ---" 84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communicationsand outreach, including the development of presentations and other materialsthat promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of areengineered environment." 84 months experience working as the Lead Business Analyst on projects onwhich they utilized recognized business process management methodologies(e.g., elicitation and documenting of business process requirements,business process modelling, As-Is and To-Be workflow development and gapanalysis, UML etc.) to define and analyze current business processes in orderto remodel/design the new process and improve on the existing ones." 84 months experience working on Business Requirements Project, as leadAnalyst, which involved the application of strategies to gather and documentbusiness process requirements of new application" Possession of a valid (active) IIBA CBAP certification or a PMI PBAcertification" 60 Months of experience analyzing, normalizing, and transforming legacydatabases (specifically MS Access) into enterprise-level relational databases(e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)." 60 Months of experience acting as a technical liaison between businessstakeholders, software vendors, and application developers to translatebusiness requirements into technical system designs." 48 Months of experience using system modeling and design tools (e.g., MSVisio, UML, ERD tools) to map data structures and system workflows." 48 months experience developing and implementing multi-tier .NetFramework and .Net Core web applications using C# code leveraging ASP.Netpatterns: Web Forms and Model-View-Controller (MVC)" Masters Degree in a computer or technology related field
