Job Title: Systems Business Analyst IIIType of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)Work Location: Onsite in Jasper, ALJob Overview:The Systems Business Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading complex projects that involve the analysis of business processes and the development of technology solutions to meet organizational objectives. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, providing strategic insights, and ensuring that IT systems align with business goals.Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complex training systems analysis initiatives, ensuring optimal system outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and executive teams to align systems with organizational strategies aligned with training opportunities in the HVAC Industry.
• Conduct advanced system analysis, including business process reengineering and data modeling.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging business systems trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive field experience and application of the following methods and techniques desired: Air distribution, refrigeration, and electrical theory; total HVAC system application.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Big Bonus Points if you Have:

• Experience (5 years minimum) in a training role.
