JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer 2 - Crew Station Design & IntegrationLOCATION: Everett, WAPAY RATE: $59.50/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
Lead component and detail design efforts, including requirements development, system documentation, and design solutions using model-based engineering and analytical tools
Lead cross-functional technical coordination both internally and externally with organizations including Manufacturing, Crew Operations, Airplane Safety, Supply Chain Management, BCA Systems Software, Suppliers, Airline Customers, Regulatory Agencies, and other interfacing teams
Identify issues, perform root cause corrective analysis, and implement corrective actions using the Boeing Problem Solving Methodology (BPSM)
Provide rapid support to Factory and Flight Line operations to resolve emergent issues
Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Specification Control Documents/Drawings (SCDs)
Develop system requirements and design considerations that support program objectives, including impacts to data reliability and integrity
Perform and support fault tree analyses (FTAs) and System Safety Analyses (SSA)
Lead and coordinate the translation of requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specifications
Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
Resolve issues related to fielded hardware and software across the full product lifecycle
Research emerging technologies for potential application to company business needs
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering
2+ years of related engineering work experience
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule:
Start Time: 7:00 AM
End Time: 3:00 PM
Overtime: Possible (voluntary basis)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
