JOB TITLE: Systems Integration & Test EngineerLOCATION: Chelmsford, MAPAY RATE: $79.04/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Training Shift Requirement: Selected candidate will train on first shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday). Transition to third shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Thursday–Sunday) after training.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develop and maintain functional and technical test specifications and standards.
Identify and resolve hardware/software interface issues.
Review requirements and create detailed test plans, procedures, and schedules.
Execute integration, system, and regression testing to verify fixes across software, components, and subsystems.
Analyze test results and generate evaluation reports validating system performance.
Write discrepancy reports and support corrective action processes.
Support workload prioritization across multiple simultaneous tasks.
Coordinate testing activities across program and organizational teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office to create reports, plans, and work instructions.
5+ years of experience developing or maintaining code using LabVIEW.
3+ years of experience with TestStand software development.
3+ years of problem-solving and technical troubleshooting experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working effectively in team environments.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience supporting teams to achieve milestone completion.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Qualifications:
9+ years of professional engineering or technical experience preferred.
Subject matter expertise in RF or microwave systems.
Experience developing complex test programs in TestStand environments.
Ability to troubleshoot measurement, software, fixturing, or instrumentation issues.
Experience specifying components for test equipment design.
Knowledge of corrective/preventive action processes.
Experience deriving test requirements from system or design requirements.
Ability to prepare technical presentations and documentation.
