This role focuses on Axway, Connect:Direct (NDM), and enterprise operations support, ensuring system reliability and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesFTOS Platform Support• Support Axway and Connect:Direct (NDM) platforms• Monitor file transfer jobs, batch processes, and workflows• Ensure system availability and reliabilityIncident Management• Handle L2/L3 production support• Troubleshoot file transfer failures and system issues• Perform root cause analysisOperations & Monitoring• Monitor alerts, batch failures, and queues• Use monitoring tools (Grafana or similar)Compliance & Risk• Participate in risk and control processes• Follow enterprise compliance standardsCollaboration• Work with application and infrastructure teams• Support enterprise incident resolutionDocumentation• Maintain operational procedures and documentationMust-Have Qualifications• 5+ years of Systems / Operations Engineering experience• Strong experience with Axway (Required)• Strong experience with Connect: Direct / NDM (Required)• Strong production support experience• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skillsPreferred Qualifications• Experience in enterprise file transfer systems• Monitoring tools experience• ServiceNow experienceCore Competencies• File transfer systems• Production support• Incident management• TroubleshootingWork Environment• Enterprise operations environment• High-availability systems• Hybrid modelAdditional Requirements• Must be eligible to work in the US• On-call flexibility requiredRecruiter Submission Template –Full Name:Degree with Institution and Completion Year:Do you have experience with Axway?
