Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in Irving, TX. This role involves supporting production systems and applications with a focus on ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Strong SQL and Unix skills.
- Experience with Autosys as the main batch scheduler, including troubleshooting issues and checking lock files/Control M.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
- Experience with ticketing tools for issue tracking and resolution.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools and processes.
- Background in client environments.
- Ability to quickly adapt and start contributing to the team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide production support for critical applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
