Job Description

Job Summary:

Leads the optimization and daily administration of Supply Chain and ParEx systems to ensure accurate data, reliable performance, and streamlined workflows. Partners cross-functionally to support item master management, system enhancements, reporting, and end-user support while driving operational efficiency and data integrity across the organization.

This is a fully in-person position based at our Augusta campus. Candidates must reside within a commutable driving distance or be willing to relocate prior to start date.

What You'll Do

  • As an Analyst on our Supply Chain team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the systems that keep our operations running efficiently and accurately.

System Administration & Optimization

  • Administer Supply Chain and ParEx systems, maintaining configurations, user access, security, and performance
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, implementations, and testing initiatives
  • Recommend workflow and system improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Proactively communicate system updates, downtimes, and enhancements to stakeholders

ParEx & Inventory Management

  • Lead installation, configuration, auditing, and optimization of ParEx stations and data
  • Manage item files, bin assignments, par levels, substitutions, and inventory settings
  • Support new unit go-lives, remodels, and workflow transitions

Item Master & Data Governance

  • Oversee end-to-end item creation, configuration, and maintenance processes
  • Ensure item records are accurate, complete, standardized, and compliant with governance standards
  • Serve as the primary steward of item master integrity to support purchasing, inventory control, reporting, and informed decision-making

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and supply chain trends
  • Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Standardize and document processes to reduce manual work and improve consistency
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure confident system utilization

Compensation Information:

$25.47 - $48.25

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
