Job DetailsResponsibilities

• Lead electrical utility and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage client relationships, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and cost controls.
• Conduct site visits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, risks, and schedule impacts.
• Provide regular updates on project performance, financials, and milestones to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience within electrical construction, utilities, power delivery, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and contract management.
• Experience managing utility, underground distribution, overhead distribution, substations, or related electrical infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
