Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

Técnico de Soporte en Sitio

Ubicación: Montevideo, Uruguay
Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
Modalidad: Presencial | Sin guardias

Objetivo del cargo

Brindar soporte técnico en sitio a usuarios finales, garantizando la continuidad operativa de los servicios de TI mediante la atención de incidentes, mantenimiento de equipos y cumplimiento de SLA.

Responsabilidades

Atención presencial a usuarios finales.
Gestión y seguimiento de tickets en ServiceNow.
Diagnóstico y solución de incidentes de hardware y software.
Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos.
Reemplazo de partes y componentes de hardware.
Soporte a equipos Dell y Lenovo.
Gestión de garantías con proveedores.
Cumplimiento de SLA para tickets críticos, urgentes y prioritarios.
Requisitos

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Técnico graduado en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
Experiencia en soporte técnico en sitio.
Conocimientos en ServiceNow o herramientas de ticketing.
Experiencia en mantenimiento y reparación de equipos de cómputo.
Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Montevideo.
