Job Title: Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Skies Health Care & Rehabilitation Center

Contract Length: 9 Weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Skies Health Care & Rehabilitation Center. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions• Take and record vital signs as needed• Support mobility and transfer assistance• Maintain accurate patient documentation• Follow facility policies and infection control procedures• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:• Active CNA Certification• Current BLS Certification (preferred)• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred• Strong communication and teamwork skills
