Job Description: Sandia Ridge Center is seeking an experienced Travel LPN to provide quality patient care in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment. The LPN will be responsible for assisting residents with daily healthcare needs, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, documenting care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress• Assist physicians and RNs with patient care plans• Maintain accurate patient records and charting• Provide compassionate care and support to residents• Follow facility policies and infection control procedures• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

Requirements:• Active LPN License• Previous Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred• BLS Certification preferred• Strong communication and patient care skills

Position: Travel LPN

Facility: Sandia Ridge Center Location: Albuquerque, NM

Contract Duration: 10 Weeks Start Date: 07/06/2026

Shift Details:• Day Shift• 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM• 30-Minute Meal Break• Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday• Guaranteed 36 Hours/Week
