Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401kREQUIREMENTS:Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, or equivalent experience• Full-life cycle recruiting expertise: Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, and relationship management.• Strategic recruitment: Ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions across multiple locations, with a focus on national and multi-location recruitment.• Collaboration and partnership: Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective recruiting strategies, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, with a focus on managing customer and partner expectations.• Organizational and documentation skills: Ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities in an applicant tracking system.• Compliance and process adherence: Strong understanding of and ability to comply with various processes and procedures, including those related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and Department of Defense (DOD) regulations.• Prior experience with DOD contract administrators: Experience recruiting contract administrators for DOD or similar organizations, with a focus on understanding the unique requirements and regulations associated with these roles.JOB DESCRIPTION:  Talent Acquisition Specialist SrOur client is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead the effort in delivering high-quality candidates for their hiring needs.
