We are looking for aTalent Acquisition Advisorto join our team and play a key role inidentifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing thecandidateexperience.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about connectingtoptalent with the right opportunities, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment:Manage end-to-end hiring, from job postings to onboarding.You willhire forthe Industrial Business Group which caters to 1/3of Generac’s business. The focus will primarily be on engineering positions such as: Controls Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers but not limited to them.
TalentAttraction:Identifyandutilizevarious channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience:Ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment process for candidatesby providing prompt feedbackand beingtimelythroughout the process.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to align hiring strategies with business needsand influence theimplementationofhiring best practices.
Employer Branding:Partner with the employer branding team to promoteopen opportunities toattracttop talent and to positionthe company as an employer of choice.
Data & Compliance:Maintainaccuraterecords in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance withinternal policies and externalemployment laws.
MinimumQualification
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, ora relatedfield (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment.Any experience hiringengineering roles withinmanufacturing, mechanical, electricalspacewill be a bonus.
Skills Required
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment software. Ourstack isWorkday, Gem and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruiting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail in screening and evaluating candidates.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Adaptability to changing priorities and recruitment needs.
