Talent Acquisition Advisor

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively seeking Talent Acquisition Advisor with 5 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience for an assignment in Wichita.Job Description:

• Actively participate in full cycle recruitment process*
• Ensure the recruiting processes are delivering effectively and in an integrated manner with the overall talent needs*
• Support all stages of the hiring process (pre-selection, interviews and offers)*
• Partner with colleagues, executive management, site leaders and the HR community to determine the current and future recruiting needs*
• Target and assess top talent to fill openings at all levels of the organization*
• Develop and execute candidate generation strategies while building a pipeline of talent with an emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion*
• Source passive candidates through formal and informal network alliances, complex internet searches, database mining, including the use of social media platforms*
• Perform extensive market research and industry calibration*
• Collaborate with other central recruiting resources to drive an integrated, productive, and cost-effective recruiting strategies and improve Talent Acquisition effectiveness.*
• Be involved in selecting and partnering with external research/search firms when needed.*
• Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or in a related field or with an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job (preferred)*
• Minimum of 5 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience*
• Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry (preferred)*
• Balance a high number of open positions, managing roles across multiple teams and departments*
• Understand, articulate, and document a hiring manager’s stated requirements, and formulate a clear value proposition that will attract the caliber of candidate we need to meet those requirements*
• Manage multiple roles within a fast-paced environment and address hiring needs with strong sense of urgency, while providing excellent candidate experience*
• Team and results oriented individual who has the capacity to influence others*
• Experience recruiting candidates with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion*
• Promote organization values, behaviors and diversity through daily candidate interactions, social media and effective employer branding strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels*
• Demonstrated negotiation skills when dealing with stakeholders including candidates and internal clients*
• Experience with internet searches by various recruiting techniques and methods*
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources, such as referrals, to proactively develop a talent pipeline for critical roles*
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision*
• Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)*
• Experience coordinating and attending recruitment events*
• Knowledge in SAP HR and an Applicant Tracking System (i.e., Taleo and SuccessFactors) (preferred)
