Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Base Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
Variable Compensation: Recruiting commission opportunity based on eligible recruiting outcomes
About the Role & Why It Matters
Elire is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to support both recruitment and HR operations as we continue to grow.
This role plays a key part in helping Elire attract, hire, onboard, and support the people who drive our success. You will contribute across recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, reporting, and Talent initiatives that help the organization scale effectively.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Success in this role requires sound judgment, a positive approach to changing priorities, and a willingness to take ownership while working collaboratively with others.
This is more than an administrative support role. You will be an active contributor to the processes, systems, and relationships that support Elire's continued growth.
What You'll Do
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for consulting, subcontractor, intern, early-career, and internal opportunities.
- Support recruiting activities from intake through offer stage, including candidate communication, scheduling, and hiring manager coordination.
- Maintain recruiting records, reporting, and talent pipelines within Jobvite and related systems.
- Support college recruiting, internship programs, referral initiatives, and candidate experience improvements.
HR & Talent Operations
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, reporting, and internal communications.
- Support process improvements, Talent initiatives, and special projects as business needs evolve.
Team Partnership
- Partner with the Talent & Recruiting Manager, VP of Human Resources, and hiring managers to support recruiting and HR priorities.
- Help improve and scale Talent processes that support Elire's continued growth.

- Maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented approach when priorities shift, challenges arise, or business needs evolve.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase team effectiveness.
Required Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, staffing, or a related people-focused role.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR systems, CRM platforms, or similar business applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work from the Minneapolis area and participate in in-person activities as needed.

- Base salary range of $60,000-$70,000.
