• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding across multiple departments across the country. *
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and strategic partnerships. *
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and workforce plans. *
• Manage internship recruiting and engagement programs. *
• Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee integration initiatives. *
• Support employee engagement, recognition programs, internal communications, and company events. *
• Monitor recruiting metrics, market trends, and compliance with employment laws and hiring practices. *
• Strengthen employer branding through candidate engagement, university outreach, and professional networking.

Type:     Direct Hire   To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field. *
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or employee engagement. *
• Proven success with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and relationship-based hiring.  *
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and employer branding initiatives.
