Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition-Sourcer. Must live within 75 miles of Orange County, CA or Dallas, Texas. This position is a contract for 6 months + remote. Monday - Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Hourly pay rate: $30-$35 per hour DOEDuties and Responsibilities include: Requisition Intake, Candidate Assessment & Interview Process, Communications
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements, success profiles, selection criteria.*
- Confirm recruiting timelines, interview plans and hiring priorities.*
- Screen applicants and evaluate fit against defined requirements.*
- Drive timely interviewer feedback and candidate dispositioning.*
- Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.*
- Help deliver an effective and professional end-to-end candidate experience.*
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain required recruiting documentation/compliance related records
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify sourcing strategies tailored to department needs.*
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, including hard-to-fill positions.*
- Use multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels) to generate candidate flow.
- Track and report recruiting activity/outcomes (pipeline health, time-to-fill drivers, source effectiveness) *
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality*
- Learn and apply best practices related to interviewing, talent markets and recruiting processes.
- Minimum 2-3 years related recruiting and sourcing experience. *
- Experience working with an application tracking system.
- Solid interviewing skills with ability to effectively source in a high-volume recruiting environment.*
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.*
- Strong organization skills and agility with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize appropriately.*
- Proactively approach challenges and tasks with a can-do attitude and a solutions-orientated approach.*
- Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. *
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. *
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.*
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).*
- Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple stakeholders; strong calendar management skills.
