Job Title Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)LocationRemote, Central Time zones, Camden, AR or Huntsville, AL would be idealDuration3- 6+ months contract (possible extension or conversation)Pay Range$35- $45/per hour on W2 (All inclusive)Job Description: Job Title: Specialist, Job Description: •Responsible for full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing and negotiating.•Recruit and source candidates using multiple sourcing techniques to include internal and external databases, contact lists, job postings, networking, social media sites, complex internet searches;research and identify markets to tap for qualified talent.•Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings.•Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire.•Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.•Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner;exercise effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills.•Upholds legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coaches and guides managers accordingly.•Proactive tracking of progress in applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met.•Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented).•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.•Ability to work in a self-directed manner, willing to take initiative and drive tasks to closure.Basic Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area with a minimum 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.Preferred Additional Skills: •Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.•Technical recruiting experience in Engineering or Manufacturing;A&D experience highly preferred.Description of work environmentHome office set up. Sent cell phone and laptop.What is a typical workday?•Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting- sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates. Interview prospective candidates on consistent set of qualifications and educate candidates on company. • Use of Linkedin Recruiter/Indeed etc.
• Ability to build relationships and work well with others (hiring managers and HRBP’s) –must be comfortable with having multiple people in the “sandbox”.
• Familiarity with working in a very fast paced, constantly changing environment with high demand / metrics –high expectations for output and data integrity within the ATS.
• Engineering/IT Recruiting
• Full life cycle recruiting
• Able to manage multi requisitions at a time
• Experience with Excel and Outlook

• Experience recruiting in Aerospace and defence industries highly preferred (RTX, Northrup, Boeing, Lockheed, etc preferred)
• Effective influent/negotiation skills
