Develop recruitment strategies to meet business needs. Communicate consistently with team leaders and senior peers. Assist in talent acquisition projects and process improvements. Ensure compliance with employment laws and guidelines.Qualifications Entry-level experience in recruitment with knowledge of employment laws. Proficient in screening and interviewing techniques. Ability to navigate recruitment software and programs. Familiarity with sourcing tools and technologies.
