SeekOne Roofing | Full-Time | W2
SeekOne Roofing is growing -and we're looking for someone who can help us build the right team the right way.
We are seeking a driven, people-focused Talent Acquisition & Sales Onboarding Manager to recruit, interview, and onboard high-performing sales reps and key W2 team members. This person will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by attracting top talent and ensuring new hires are fully supported in their first 6 weeks.
This is not just a recruiting role. This is a culture-building, performance-driving position.
What You'll Do
Recruiting & Hiring
- Source and recruit outside sales reps and future W2 team members
- Post and manage job ads across platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
- Coordinate and assist with final interviews
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Track recruiting metrics (applicants, interviews, hires, conversion rates)
Onboarding & Training Support
- Lead onboarding for all new hires
- Ensure paperwork, systems access, and technology setup are completed
- Walk new sales reps through workflows, CRM systems, and internal processes
- Serve as the main point of contact during their first 6 weeks
- Conduct weekly check-ins with new sales reps
- Identify early red flags and communicate with leadership
- Reinforce company standards, culture, and expectations
Sales Rep Development (First 6 Weeks)
- Make sure reps understand:
- Sales process and expectations
- CRM and technology tools o Communication standards o Reporting requirements
- Help them build confidence and clarity in their role
- Track early performance indicators and engagement levels

- Strong communicator who connects well with people
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or sales leadership preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable holding people accountable
- Tech-savvy (CRM experience a plus)
- Natural coach and motivator
- High emotional intelligence
- Growth-minded and proactive

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time W2 Position
- Competitive Base Salary of 50,000 - 55,000 base + commissions (commensurate with experience)
- Performance Bonuses Based on Hiring & Retention Metrics
