Job Title: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter
Location: Nashua, NH 03060
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay: $27.65/hr. on W2
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis.
- As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions across all areas of our business in the Electronic Systems sector.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting, with a strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract top talent to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple business areas, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process
- Source, screen, and select candidates for interviews, ensuring that all candidates meet the requirements of the role
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and other evaluation activities as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other recruitment partners to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including EEO and affirmative action requirements
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or sector
- Proven track record of success in managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems
- At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or sector
- Bachelor's degree preferred
